Early in my work I remember a sign outside the corner store or restaurant place this question — Have you ever payed attention to a sign that is displayed on such establishment? Have you ever driven under a big highway sign and looked up? This is what a large portion of those signs are made with and it's called ACM boards. ACM boards are pretty ubiquitous, known to be found all over the place!

ACM is short for aluminum composite material or "aluminum… Quadrax is a bit of an exotic name, and it refers to the fact that this board has two thin sheets of some type metal we call aluminum with plastic in between. This unique composition is what gives ACM boards their strength and the ability to be utilized in many different applications for industry.
